Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of SAP analytics or data management consulting.
Minimum of 5 years hands-on implementation with SAC, Datasphere, BW/4HANA or related SAP data products.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a people or project leadership capacity in a consulting environment.
Minimum of 2 years experience designing SAP Business AI Platform.
Minimum of 3 years delivering full-cycle SAP analytics implementations in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales/Commercial, or HR/Workforce Analytics.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.
SAP certifications in SAC, Datasphere, or BW/4HANA.
Experience with Databricks, Azure, BigQuery, or Snowflake in SAP integration.
Familiarity with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and SAC Planning.
Exposure to SAP Signavio for process mining in analytics use cases.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).
Knowledge of SAP Public Cloud Analytics.
Knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud Knowledge Graph as semantic layer to Joule agents.
MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative, business, or technology field.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Analytics engagements, including architecture design, configuration, integration, and go-live across Datasphere, SAC, and BDC.
Act as the primary client-facing leader, managing stakeholder expectations and aligning across business and IT sponsors.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable analytics solutions including data modeling, semantic layer design, and self-service BI frameworks.
Oversee data integration and federation strategies within SAP Datasphere connections to BW, S/4HANA, and third-party cloud data sources.
Design and validate SAC story and planning architectures, ensuring performance, governance, and usability best practices.
Guide clients through SAP Business Data Cloud adoption, including Databricks-powered AI/ML pipelines and content activation.
Contribute to growth of Accenture's SAP Analytics practice through asset development and thought leadership.
Support BD activities including RFPs, solution demos, client workshops, and proposals.
Maintain knowledge of SAP analytics roadmap and translate product evolution into client insights and go-to-market narratives.
Collaborate with SAP Center of Excellence, data & AI practices, and technology alliances to bring differentiated offerings to market.
Manage and mentor teams of consultants, conduct performance reviews, and build SAP Analytics talent pipeline.
Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and capability-building for the SAP Analytics community.
