Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant in its SAP Analytics practice to lead client engagements leveraging SAP Datasphere, SAC, and BDC. You will design, implement, and operationalize integrated analytics ecosystems, guiding complex data integration, modeling, and self-service BI across client environments.

You will collaborate with delivery teams and offshore talent, grow client relationships, and contribute to thought leadership in analytics while traveling as needed for engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of SAP analytics or data management consulting.
• Hands-on implementation with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, or related SAP data products.
• Minimum of 2 years delivering full-cycle SAP analytics implementations in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Commercial, or HR/Workforce Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of SAP Analytics engagements across Datasphere, SAC, and BDC.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align business and IT sponsors.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable analytics solutions, including data modeling and self-service BI.
• Design data integration strategies within SAP Datasphere, connecting BW, S/4HANA, and cloud sources.
• Design and validate SAC story and planning architectures for performance and governance.
• Guide SAP Business Data Cloud adoption, including Databricks-powered AI/ML pipelines.
