Accenture seeks a senior SAP Analytics leader to drive end‑to‑end analytics engagements across SAP Datasphere, SAC, and BDC. You will translate complex business needs into scalable data architectures, manage client relationships, and lead cross‑functional teams in a consulting setting.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP analytics, BI, or data management consulting.
Minimum of 5 years hands‑on implementation with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, or related SAP data products.
Minimum of 3 years in people or project leadership in a consulting environment.
Minimum of 2 years designing SAP Business AI Platform.
Minimum of 3 years delivering full‑cycle SAP analytics implementations in two domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR).
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end SAP Analytics engagements: architecture, config, integration, go‑live across Datasphere, SAC, and BDC.
Act as primary client-facing leader, align with business/IT sponsors.
Translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions including data modeling and semantic layer design.
Guide data integration and federation strategies within SAP Datasphere and connected sources.
Design SAC story and planning architectures with governance and usability in mind.
Guide SAP Business Data Cloud adoption including Databricks‑powered AI/ML pipelines.
