Accenture is seeking a Manager in SAP Analytics to lead delivery teams and client engagements around SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, and Business Data Cloud. You will design, implement, and operate integrated analytics ecosystems that unlock enterprise data value.

The role requires deep technical acumen, delivery excellence, and the ability to grow client relationships and teams. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in SAP analytics, BI, or data consulting.
• 5+ years hands-on with SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, BW/4HANA or similar.
• 3+ years in people or project leadership in a consulting environment.
• 2+ years designing SAP Business AI Platform.
• 3+ years delivering full-cycle SAP analytics in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Analytics engagements across Datasphere, SAC, and BDC.
• Act as primary client-facing leader, aligning business and IT stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions and self-service BI.
• Oversee data integration and federation with BW, S/4HANA, and external sources.
• Design SAC story/Planning architectures with governance and usability best practices.
• Guide SAP Business Data Cloud adoption including Databricks-powered AI/ML integrations.
