Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP analytics, BI, or data management consulting.
• 5+ years hands-on implementation with SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, BW/4HANA, or related SAP data products.
• 3+ years in people or project leadership with cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years designing SAP Business AI Platform.
• 3+ years delivering full-cycle SAP analytics implementations across Finance, SCM, Sales/Commercial, or HR analytics.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Analytics engagements across Datasphere, SAC, and BDC.
• Act as primary client-facing leader, managing expectations and aligning business/IT sponsors.
• Translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions: data modeling, semantic layer design, self-service BI.
• Oversee data integration and federation strategies within Datasphere (BW, S/4HANA, external sources).
• Design and validate SAC story and planning architectures for performance and governance.
• Guide SAP Data Cloud adoption, including integration with AI/ML pipelines.
• Contribute to asset development, methodology refinement, and thought leadership.
• Support BD activities including RFPs, demos, workshops, and proposals.
• Keep current on SAP analytics roadmap and translate to client insights and GTM narratives.
• Collaborate with SAP Center of Excellence, data/AI, and alliances to bring differentiated offerings.
