Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science or related field required.
• 5+ years in sanitation leadership within food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of dairy processing and CIP systems.
• Experience with phage monitoring and environmental testing.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation program strategy across facilities.
• Validate CIP/SIP systems and optimize cycles to save water and energy.
• Drive MSS effectiveness and hygienic zoning.
