Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Analyst to own end-to-end governance of the global samples program. You will establish the operating model, policy controls, and analytics to support prototyping, customer engagement, and commercial growth.

The role requires 5–8+ years in related roles, strong governance experience, and the ability to work across Sales, IT, Channel Operations, and Finance to drive adoption of new operating models.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in channel operations or program management.
• Strong governance experience with policy execution and controls.
• Analytical, data-driven with KPI capability.
• Experience with SAP/S4 and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce global governance framework for samples.
• Own sample eligibility logic and CAN flag governance.
• Transition samples.analog.com to the default entry point for sample requests.
• Drive predictive replenishment and inventory optimization.
• Provide oversight of the Sample Center's operations and issue resolution.
