Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Principal Analyst, Sales Operations Strategic Initiatives to drive the successful implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement of critical commercial initiatives across the global sales organization.

You will bridge Sales Leadership, Business Units, and Sales Operations, translating strategy into executable processes, establishing governance, and delivering executive insights on performance and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA is preferred for seniority and leadership responsibilities.
• Minimum 5 years in the semiconductor industry with cross-functional exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution of strategic commercial initiatives from concept through global deployment.
• Serve as liaison between Sales Leadership, Business Unit Leadership, and Sales Operations to align objectives, definitions, processes, and metrics.
• Translate strategic concepts into standardized, scalable business processes and roadmaps.
• Develop governance structures, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for executive visibility.
• Drive adoption through training, change management, and communications.
• Provide regular executive updates and strategic recommendations.
