Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience building with Salesforce Agentforce or other Salesforce AI technologies.
• Experience with security, governance, and Salesforce Trust Layer.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in consulting or professional services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions that automate customer and employee interactions.
• Configure Service Cloud to deliver AI-powered case management and self-service experiences.
• Build AI agents using Agentforce, including prompts, topics, actions, and workflows.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM, Knowledge, Flows, Data Cloud, and enterprise apps.
• Configure Trust Layer, security controls, and data grounding for secure AI experiences.
• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and APIs.
• Partner with solution architects and clients to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture reviews, design sessions, code reviews, and solution planning.
• Support testing, deployment, release management, and production optimization.
• Champion Salesforce best practices and contribute reusable assets.

As a Senior Salesforce Agentforce Engineer, you’ll partner with enterprise clients to design and implement next-generation AI-powered customer and employee experiences using Salesforce’s latest AI technologies.

As a senior member of our Salesforce practice, you’ll help clients modernize customer service through intelligent automation and generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions that automate customer and employee interactions.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud to deliver AI-powered case management, self-service, and intelligent support experiences.
• Build AI agents using Agentforce, including prompts, topics, actions, orchestration, and conversational workflows.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM, Knowledge, Flows, Data Cloud, and enterprise applications.
• Configure Salesforce Trust Layer, security controls, and data grounding to ensure secure and responsible AI experiences.
• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, and APIs.
• Partner with solution architects and client stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions, code reviews, and solution planning.
• Support testing, deployment, release management, and production optimization.
• Champion Salesforce best practices while contributing to reusable assets and delivery standards across client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce AI Specialist Certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce Studio.
• Experience delivering enterprise CRM modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
