Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of Agentforce-powered experiences. You will collaborate with AI professionals to craft scalable, high-value solutions for clients, guiding architecture and execution across the project lifecycle.

You will engage with customers, project managers, and developers to translate business needs into robust Salesforce-based architectures, while staying current with evolving Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of application and software development experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end web development principles.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical details.
• Experience with source control and branching/pull requests strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the technical solution design for Agentforce-focused projects.

As a Salesforce Technical Architect focused on Agentforce, you will be responsible for building compelling Agentforce-powered experiences for users and delivering impactful business value to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented AI team to delight customers. This position is focused on architecting and executing technical solutions for Agentforce and related-technologies.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and own the technical solution design. This includes designing and understanding the complete Agentforce solution which includes topics, instructions, actions with corresponding automation/code, agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
• Deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents, finding novel solutions to drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions
• Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle—from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment
• Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce
• Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS)
• Strong communication skills; the ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences
• Experience with using source control and branching/pull requests strategies
• Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities
• Any additional Salesforce certifications are a plus, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certifications

The call will be split into two parts:

• You'll receive a prompt and talk through potential solution options and live on the spot (no offline preparation required)
• You'll get some time to interact with NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture delivery team members

Organization lead interview (Video) - 45 minutes

• You'll talk through your career goals and relevant work examples
• You'll discuss challenges you have overcome and the tools you used to get there

Leadership interview (Video) - 45 minutes

• You'll meet with a member of our leadership team
