Job summary

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions seeks a Salesforce Developer to advance the DoD enterprise cloud program. You will build custom Lightning Web Components, OmniScripts, and integrations while ensuring secure, compliant configurations for government workflows.

On-site at Fort Meade, MD with limited telework approval. Requires active Secret clearance and Salesforce Platform Developer I certification to support government-defined requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years Agile development experience plus Atlassian suite usage, including custom Apex, LWC, and platform configuration, or 9 years of applicable experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I — required.
• Meets DoD 8140 requirements for Work Role 621, Software Developer (Advanced).

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Lightning Web Components, OmniScripts, Data Mappers, Integration Procedures, Apex triggers, classes, and controllers.
• Configure Flow automations, page layouts, record types, and Service Cloud features.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to Government-defined requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and related tools.
• Maintain security profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules; configure Experience Cloud for strategic partner collaboration.
