Job summary

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA professional to own testing across OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and Lightning components within a government environment. You will design and execute tests, build automated suites, and coordinate across teams to ensure robust releases.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years in Salesforce testing, an active Secret clearance, and Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years in Salesforce testing role.
• Active Secret clearance (T3) or interim acceptable at start.
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder required.
• DoD 8140 Work Role 673 certification (Intermediate)

Responsibilities

• Draft test plans and test cases for Lightning Web Components, OmniScripts, and Experience Cloud.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across workflows, automations, and platform upgrades.
• Test security configurations, access controls, and data protection measures.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts; coordinate cross-browser and mobile compatibility testing.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with stakeholders; maintain defect tracking and test reporting.
