Job summary

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions is seeking a Salesforce business analyst to bridge government stakeholders and development teams on a federal cloud program. You will capture mission requirements, craft user stories, data models, and workflows that shape how the DoD manages its enterprise cloud contract.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of Salesforce business/functional analysis experience.
Active Secret clearance (T3; interim acceptable at start).
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Certified Administrator required.

Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements gathering with stakeholders and product owners.
Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria and data relationships.
Perform Salesforce data modeling aligned to enterprise data architecture; draft flows and wireframes.
Maintain the requirements/user-story tracker in Jira and support backlog grooming.
Support UAT, analyze impacts, and prepare user documentation and release notes.
