Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Sales and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Exposure to AWS services and Snowflake data warehouses.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and related tech.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and security.
• Configure workflows, approvals, and custom objects to meet requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external/legacy systems via APIs.
• Plan and execute data migration and cleansing across systems.
• Build/test solutions meeting Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Implement security aligned with FISMA and NIST guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during requirements and design phases.
• Maintain documentation of designs, processes, and configurations.
• Mentor Associate Consultants on development challenges.
• Support internal business development including demos and technical discussions.
