Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Salesforce Technology Transformation in Studio+. This role focuses on leading digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform, partnering with business and experience teams to deliver technology-enabled solutions.

You will oversee scope, timelines, costs, and quality, guiding both technical and non-technical project teams. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, architecture background, and extensive Salesforce implementation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); master’s preferred.
• Typically 10 years of experience with no less than 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with architectural alignment of business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
• Provide leadership across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Lead teams to achieve solution implementations.
• Manage client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial relationships as needed.
• Travel as required by external clients.
