Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery in Studio+. The role centers on leading digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform, partnering with business and experience teams, and delivering value with strict scope, timelines, costs, and quality management.

You will lead multiple engagements, oversee architects and delivery teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to pursuit efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
Typically 10 years of experience with no less than 5 - 7 years relevant experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5 or more people.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
Minimum 5 years of experience with architecture aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
Strong communication, client service and technical writing skills; aptitude for integrating enterprise processes with technology.

Responsibilities

Accountable for program delivery and client leadership, with architecture oversight and account growth responsibilities as supplementary to primary role functions
Providing leadership and direction up to and including Managers across multiple engagements and accounts
Leading teams with broad visibility to achieve solution implementation
Managing client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial relationships as needed
Travel requirements: Required as needed by external clients
