The ideal candidate will balance declarative configuration with Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and integrations, collaborating with Agile teams to deliver new functionality
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce technical implementation across Service, Experience, Marketing, and Sales clouds.
- 6+ years of configuring Custom Objects & Fields, Validation Rules, Flows, Approvals & Reports/Dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of CRM modules: Contacts/Accounts, Case Management, and Interactions tagging.
Responsibilities
- Contribute as a squad member to design and implement products through the PDLC including coding, testing, and documentation independently.
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master in an Agile environment to improve velocity on product delivery.
- Design and implement front-end POCs from concept to product delivery with cross-functional team members.
