Job summary

WorkTrust Solutions in Atlanta seeks a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to provide technical ownership and hands-on development for an enterprise Salesforce environment. The role will drive architectural decisions and work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and align the roadmap.

You will implement and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware, while ensuring data integrity and scalable solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on development.
• Proficient in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, automation, and integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner for the Salesforce environment and provide leadership on architectural decisions.
• Hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, Flow, and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot production issues, integrations, and data-related problems.
• Design, develop, and support REST/SOAP API and middleware integrations.
• Collaborate with SAP, Oracle, and integration teams to support Salesforce integrations and roadmap.
