Job summary

WorkTrust Solutions in Atlanta seeks a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to provide technical ownership and hands-on development for an enterprise Salesforce environment. The role will drive architectural decisions and work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and align the roadmap.

You will implement and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware, while ensuring data integrity and scalable solutions across the organization.

WorkTrust Solutions is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to provide technical ownership and hands-on development for an enterprise Salesforce environment.

The Salesforce platform recently went live supporting case management, opportunity management, and customer visibility. The next phase includes integrating SAP data into Salesforce and consolidating customer information across the organization.

This person will work closely with Salesforce Product Owners, Sales Enablement, Applications, SAP, Oracle, and integration teams to support the platform, deliver enhancements, and help shape the Salesforce roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner for the Salesforce environment.
• Provide hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, Flow, and related Salesforce technologies.
• Troubleshoot production issues, integrations, and data-related problems.
• Design, develop, and support REST/SOAP API and middleware integrations.
• Work with MuleSoft and backend teams to support Salesforce integrations with SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise systems.
• Evaluate and prioritize Salesforce enhancement requests.
• Establish development and technical best practices and support scalable solutions.
• Participate in solution design, technical documentation, code reviews, and release activities.
• Partner with Salesforce Product Owners and Sales Enablement on the platform roadmap.
• Support the transition from implementation/hypercare into ongoing production support and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including significant hands-on development.
• Strong experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, automation, and integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong SQL/database and data-management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Ability to take ownership of a Salesforce environment and operate independently.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP and/or Oracle.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience.
• Experience with Flow, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, or Bulk APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce security, deployment, and release management.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Advanced Administrator, or Architect-level certifications.
