Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT field with six years progressive experience in business application, business intelligence, or enterprise application consulting
• Associate degree with seven years progressive experience in business application consulting or development
• High School diploma with ten years experience in business application, business intelligence, or enterprise application consulting or development
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may qualify

Responsibilities

• Leads Salesforce solution design and delivery by defining technical standards and guiding configuration decisions
• Designs and implements Salesforce solutions using Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls
• Builds and maintains integrations through Salesforce APIs with reliable data exchanges
• Troubleshoots Salesforce issues within SLAs to improve stability and user satisfaction
• Translates stakeholder requirements into Salesforce enhancements to increase feature adoption and improve usage metrics

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT related field

Associate degree in computer science or an IT related field

High School diploma with ten years experience in business application/BI/enterprise development
