Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Salesforce Solution Engineer to support the PATH NC child welfare system. You will design, configure, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating with MuleSoft, Power BI, Synapse, and mainframe technologies to ensure reliability, data quality, and security.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to translate requirements into practical enhancements that improve adoption

Qualifications

Leads Salesforce solution design and delivery by defining technical standards and guiding configuration decisions.
Designs and implements Salesforce solutions using Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls.
Builds and maintains integrations through Salesforce APIs for reliable data exchanges.
Troubleshoots Salesforce issues with root-cause analysis and fixes within SLAs.
Translates stakeholder requirements into Salesforce enhancements to improve adoption and usage.
