Compunnel Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Salesforce Consultant/BSA to lead CRM design across Sales, Service, Experience, Health, and Data Clouds.

This client-facing role requires deep Salesforce configuration, requirements gathering, and ability to coordinate with offshore teams to deliver enterprise CRM programs. Formación

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience in 4–5 Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, Experience, Health, or Data Clouds.
• Strong domain experience in healthcare payer business, especially Sales processes.
• Experience in requirements analysis, EPICs, user stories, and documentation.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, configuration, and administration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Salesforce solution design across Sales, Service, Experience, Health, and Data Clouds.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Partner with Senior Salesforce Architects, Enterprise Architecture teams, and executive sponsors to align CRM solutions with business goals.
• Conduct end-to-end requirements gathering, including EPICs, features, and user stories using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Prepare detailed requirement documentation, solution designs, gap analysis, use cases, and scope documents.
• Coordinate development, configuration, and testing activities with offshore teams throughout build and deployment phases.
• Facilitate design and requirement clarification sessions across multiple geographies.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums for large, multi-team Salesforce programs.
• Develop prototype configurations within Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, AgentForce, Force.com).
• Provide architectural oversight and ensure adherence to CRM roadmaps and Salesforce best practices.
