Job summary

Optizm Inc. in Southern California seeks a Senior Salesforce Consultant to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions for diverse clients in a hybrid work setup.

You will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce designs, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior consultants while maintaining high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce consulting, implementation, or related experience.
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge, equivalent to that of an experienced Salesforce Administrator.
• Proven experience independently configuring and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Previous experience in a client-facing consulting or implementation role.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce development concepts.
• Strong requirements-gathering, analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client requirements.

Experience: 3–5 Years

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce consulting, implementation, or related experience.
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge, equivalent to that of an experienced Salesforce Administrator.
• Proven experience independently configuring and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Previous experience in a client-facing consulting or implementation role.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce development concepts.

• Experience working in a consulting environment with multiple clients or projects.
