Qualifications

• 12+ years hands-on Salesforce development and implementation.
• Extensive Salesforce CRM expertise including data models and security.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Batch Apex.
• Proven ability to build batch, real-time, and event-driven integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRMA.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud solutions.
• Configure Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Batch Apex.
• Design and implement data models, security, analytics, and CRMA.
• Develop batch, real-time, and event-driven integrations with enterprise apps.
• Build scalable event-driven architectures and batch processing solutions.
• Enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud applications and portals.
• Configure Data Cloud transformations, insights, identity resolution, and federation.
• Manage data streams and support data integrations in real time.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Salesforce apps for performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Maintain technical docs and follow Salesforce best practices.
• Use Visual Studio Code and GitHub for source control, development, and deployment.
