Job summary

Itero Group in Sterling, VA seeks a Salesforce Solutions Consultant with a strong Financial Services background to partner with executive stakeholders and technical teams, driving CRM strategy and digital transformation on the Salesforce platform.

You will translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions, lead discovery sessions, document requirements, and collaborate with Salesforce Architects to deliver industry-focused deployments across banking, wealth management, and lending.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.
• 3+ years supporting Financial Services organizations.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops and executive presentations.
• Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy and customer journey design.
• Experience working within highly regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to financial services clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze current-state business processes and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
• Translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements.
• Present recommendations and solution strategies to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing platform best practices.
• Develop user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and solution documentation.
• Recommend and design solutions utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics.
