Marlabs, a global AI and Digital Solutions Consulting firm, is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to define and lead the technical architecture for enterprise Salesforce solutions, including FSC, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and integrations. You will partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to design scalable, secure platforms.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep Salesforce knowledge, and the ability to drive modernization with platform-first design.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise application delivery experience.
• 7+ years Salesforce architecture, development, or technical leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), OmniStudio, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise Salesforce architecture leveraging FSC, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud to support evolving business needs.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs, work packages, and delivery milestones.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance, and release readiness assessments for Salesforce programs.
• Design and implement scalable OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Govern enterprise integrations, APIs, data flows, security models, and migration strategies across platforms.
• Establish engineering standards covering CI/CD, testing, security, observability, and production support.

Salesforce Solution Architect | About You

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining and leading the technical architecture, engineering standards, and delivery strategy for enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, product leaders, project managers, and development teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and modern integration technologies. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce architecture expertise with hands‑on technical leadership experience, a strong understanding of financial services processes, and the ability to drive modernization initiatives using platform‑first design principles.

Salesforce Solution Architect | Day-to-Day

• Define and maintain enterprise Salesforce architecture, leveraging Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, integrations, analytics, and platform capabilities to support evolving business needs.
• Translate business requirements and product roadmaps into solution designs, technical work packages, estimates, implementation plans, and delivery milestones.
• Lead technical delivery activities, including architecture reviews, solution governance, work decomposition, code reviews, developer guidance, and release readiness assessments.
• Design and implement scalable OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Business Rules Engine, and document generation capabilities.
• Architect and govern enterprise integrations, APIs, data flows, security models, authentication mechanisms, and migration strategies across internal and third‑party platforms.
• Establish engineering, DevOps, and operational standards covering CI/CD, source control, testing, security, observability, performance optimization, release management, and production support.

Salesforce Solution Architect | Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of enterprise application delivery experience, including 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce architecture, development, or technical leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including data modeling, solution architecture, business process design, and enterprise‑scale implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Business Rules Engine, and customer‑facing digital experiences.
• Advanced Salesforce development knowledge, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous processing, platform security, integrations, and API architecture.
• Experience leading Salesforce modernization and transformation initiatives, including migration from heavily customized environments to scalable, platform‑driven architectures.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce DevOps and delivery practices, including Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, release governance, and production support.
• Strong domain knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Financial Services.
