Job summary

Conexus Solutions, Inc. is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to own and drive the technical design across concurrent life sciences engagements on the Salesforce platform.

You will define target-state architecture, data models, integration patterns, and migration strategies, while leading workshops and mentoring analysts and offshore resources. You will partner with a Business Analyst, own complex technical components such as Apex, LWC, and integrations, and ensure designs meet regulatory

Qualifications

• Salesforce platform depth: 7+ years with at least 3 years in a Solutions Architect lead design role.
• End-to-end solution design on enterprise Salesforce implementations including data modeling, sharing, and integration design.
• Hands-on capability: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, REST/SOAP integration patterns, and deployment tooling.
• Experience leading data migration and system consolidation efforts including mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• Consulting or professional services background — client-facing, running design workshops, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain a technical trade-off to executives and developers.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, and able to travel to client sites as engagements require.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution architecture and produce design artifacts the delivery team builds from — data models, integration architecture, security models, and environment strategy.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, inventory source systems and integration points, and assess data readiness.
• Run future-state design workshops to document architecture.
• Architect migrations from legacy CRM platforms including data and content migration using tooling.
• Design for offline/mobile use, high-volume data, and sales reporting needs.
• Build the complex components — Apex, LWC, integrations, and platform extensions.
• Make and defend technical decisions; document rationale for review boards.
• Design for a regulated environment with audit trails, data integrity, and privacy handling.
• Set practice standards with reference architectures and reusable accelerators.
• Support the pipeline with technical content for proposals and client presentations.
• Provide technical direction and review work of analysts and offshore resources.
