Job summary

Abstrakt Marketing Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solutions Consultant who blends business strategy with technology to guide clients through transformation. You will lead discovery, design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, and partner with executives to define roadmaps that drive measurable growth.

You'll translate complex problems into scalable platform architectures, manage pre-sales activities, and oversee delivery teams to ensure quality and value across engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading Salesforce discovery, scoping, estimation, and solution design efforts.
• Experience producing SOWs, implementation plans, and effort estimates.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, automation, and integration patterns.
• Experience creating ERDs, technical design docs, and roadmaps.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Salesforce expert across client engagements.
• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and strategic planning.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Define integration strategies with APIs and middleware.
• Provide technical leadership and oversee project delivery quality.
