Qualifications
- 8+ years designing, developing Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
- 8+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Contact Center experience.
- Federal Government experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex Salesforce projects and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance.
- Translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor developers and administrators on development standards and best practices.
- Support governance, security, and optimization across environments.
