Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer Architect to join our enterprise application development team. This role combines hands-on development with solution architecture to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across CRM, KM, portals, and other business functions.

You will lead technical design, mentor teams, and ensure delivery from requirements through deployment and support, while collaborating with stakeholders and product owners in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience OR Master’s with 6+ years of experience.
8+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Contact Center experience.
Federal Government experience.
Experience leading complex Salesforce projects and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture. Lead architectural guidance and design sessions.
Hands-on development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs; configure Salesforce objects and processes.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs; manage data migration and governance.
Participate in Agile ceremonies; conduct code reviews; support CI/CD, DevOps, and production deployments.
