Job summary

Coastal Cloud LLC is a leading Salesforce-focused consultancy seeking a Financial Services Solution Architect to own the overall design of technical solutions and guide best-practice choices based on client needs.

You will drive discovery sessions, translate findings into technical requirements, and produce supported solution designs while collaborating with Coastal Cloud teams and clients for successful deployments of Salesforce and other SaaS apps.

Qualifications

4-6 years of advanced Salesforce Platform Business Analysis and exposure to Project Scoping.
2+ years experience as a Senior Consultant (or equivalent seniority).
Active Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant Certification required, minimum 4x certified preferred.
Experience with SDLC, Agile or Hybrid delivery.
Must have full-time permanent US work authorization.
Experience with Financial Services Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

Design a solution leveraging Salesforce products, features, and best practices with custom components to meet customer needs.
Deliver architecture diagrams and technical documentation (data models, high-level architecture, integration architecture).
Oversee overall solution design, build tasks, estimation of effort, and reporting/UAT oversight.
Collaborate with Delivery leadership and Account Executives to scope proposals and ensure client satisfaction.
Partner with Project Managers to foster a collaborative environment across delivery and client teams.
