Job summary

mindsquare is hiring a Salesforce Consultant with architecture experience to lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions in the US. Design architectures, manage projects from idea to hypercare, and run workshops to create client value.

You will provide functional leadership and mentor junior consultants, with strong Sales/Service Cloud and CPQ knowledge. Responsibilities include workshops, requirements engineering, and hands-on guidance to project teams, ensuring successful delivery and client

Qualifications

• At least five years of project experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
• Proven project responsibility in a Solution Architect role.
• Profound knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or an Industry Cloud.
• Experience in Requirements Engineering and Test Management.
• Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design thoughtful end-to-end solution architectures in the Salesforce environment based on requirements.
• Manage projects from the initial idea through to the completion of the hypercare phase.
• Design and moderate workshops and training sessions to create value for clients.
• Provide functional leadership within projects and mentor junior consultants through active knowledge transfer.
