BairesDev is seeking a Salesforce Architect to shape the architectural strategy for Salesforce solutions across the organization. You will lead the development of scalable, efficient Salesforce applications aligned with business objectives, and mentor a team of developers guiding projects from concept to execution.

Apply your expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and cloud architecture to drive innovation, performance, and long-term platform health in a remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development with Apex.
• Strong background in software architecture design.
• Solid understanding of system security.
• Memory management and performance optimization knowledge.
• Experience designing/distributing scalable cloud solutions.
• Proficient with relational and non-relational databases.
• Ability to select between architectures/technologies with rationale.
• Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions that solve business problems.
• Define and govern Salesforce coding standards with Apex & Visualforce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with goals.
• Lead refactoring to improve performance and scalability.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and tech leads in best practices.
