Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to drive enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and MuleSoft integrations. You will define end-to-end architecture, set technology strategy, and oversee integration patterns across Salesforce, Azure, and healthcare systems.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and a deep understanding of healthcare data standards, privacy, and interoperability. Travel may be required for training or meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 10+ years in enterprise application development, solution architecture, or tech leadership.
• 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application, System, Sharing & Visibility, Integration; CTA preferred).
• Experience in Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, LWC, APIs, MuleSoft, Azure, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of Salesforce-centric enterprise applications (Health Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Define scalable, secure solution architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Design and govern integration strategies between Salesforce and ERP/healthcare systems.
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams and architecture governance.
• Mentor teams and drive digital transformation leveraging Salesforce and cloud-native services.
