Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to drive the design and integration of Salesforce-powered platforms across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Azure, delivering scalable healthcare solutions. You will mentor teams, shape governance, and steer digital transform initiatives with API-led patterns and microservices.

Occasional travel may be required as part of strategy alignment. The role requires 10+ years in enterprise architecture and 5+ years in Salesforce architectures, with healthcare

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise application development or technology leadership.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce architecture experience for enterprise-scale solutions.
• Salesforce Architect certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect; CTA preferred.
• Experience with healthcare data standards, HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, integration, and implementation of Salesforce-centric solutions across Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Define scalable, secure architectures aligned with business objectives and governance.
• Design integration strategies between Salesforce and enterprise platforms, including healthcare systems.
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams and mentor engineers.
• Drive digital transformation using Salesforce ecosystem, AI, automation, and cloud-native services.
