Natus Medical is seeking a Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect to lead design, governance and delivery of enterprise Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities. The role collaborates with IT leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and actively participates in requirements analysis, solution design and deployment.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years as Solution/Lead Architect
- Deep hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud in complex enterprise environments
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle E-Business Suite and ERP systems
Responsibilities
- Provide deep Service Cloud architecture across Case Management, Knowledge, Assets, Entitlements
- Lead hands-on development and configuration in Salesforce (Flow, Apex, LWC)
- Own enhancements through full lifecycle from requirements to post-release support
- Design integrations with Oracle EBS, MuleSoft, and other enterprise apps
- Govern platform security, data models, and deployment standards
