Job summary

Axon is hiring a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator to join the Commercial Applications team in the US. You will own Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud configurations, ensuring accuracy in account management, opportunities, quotes, orders, and contracts.

You will collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance and Product, documenting processes and delivering scalable, well-documented solutions while working in a fast-paced environment that values candor and diverse perspectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including 1+ years of Revenue Cloud administration.
• Deep understanding of Revenue Cloud architecture (Advanced Approvals, Bundles, Rules, QCP).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Billing and revenue ops processes; deployments and sandbox management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud support with root-cause fixes.
• Manage user provisioning, profiles, permission sets, and access control.
• Perform data imports/updates using Data Loader and Inspector; ensure data integrity.
• Manage deployments/refreshes between environments using Gearset/Copado.
• Configure and maintain Revenue Cloud including Bundles, Attributes, Price Rules, and Approvals.
• Own end-to-end O2C processes across opportunity, quote, order, contract, and billing.
