Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Salesforce Test Program Manager to lead program-level testing across Salesforce tracks, applications, and integrations. You will collaborate with Test Leads, delivery teams, stakeholders, and leadership to enforce testing practices and manage quality risks for release readiness.

You will drive end-to-end testing, governance, and reporting, coordinating across business, development and testing teams to ensure high quality releases. This remote role supports U.S.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading enterprise-level Salesforce testing across multiple workstreams, apps, integrations or releases.
• Strong experience establishing test strategies, governance, cadences and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead multiple Test Leads and coordinate various testing activities and release-readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across Salesforce tracks, applications, integrations and teams.
• Establish and manage the program-level test strategy and governance model.
• Drive system integration testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, UAT and release-readiness activities.
• Coordinate cross-track dependencies, risks and issues with stakeholders and teams.
• Provide consolidated program-level quality reporting including metrics and release-readiness recommendations.
