Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise-level Salesforce testing leadership across multiple tracks and releases.
• Experience establishing test strategies, governance, cadences, quality standards, and program-level testing processes.
• Ability to lead multiple Test Leads and coordinate System Integration Testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, UAT, and release-readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across Salesforce tracks, applications, integrations, and teams.
• Establish and manage the program-level test strategy, governance, cadence, and standards.
