Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Senior Salesforce Test Program Manager to lead program-level testing across multiple Salesforce tracks, applications, and integrations. You will work within the Quality Engineering team, guiding Test Leads and delivery teams to establish consistent testing practices and ensure release readiness.

Role focuses on end-to-end testing, governance, and consolidated quality reporting, with a remote-capable position open to qualified applicants in the United States.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise-level Salesforce testing across multiple workstreams and releases.
• Strong experience establishing test strategies, governance, and program-level testing processes.
• Experience coordinating Test Leads and managing end-to-end testing, regression testing, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across Salesforce tracks, applications, integrations, and Test Leads.
• Establish and manage the program-level test strategy, governance, and testing processes.
• Drive SIT, end-to-end, regression, UAT, defect management, and release-readiness activities.
• Coordinate cross-track dependencies, risks, issues, and critical-path testing across teams.
• Provide consolidated program-level quality reporting including defects, risks, and metrics.
