Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise Salesforce testing experience.
• Experience establishing test strategies, governance frameworks and program-level processes.
• Ability to lead multiple Test Leads and coordinate end-to-end testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across Salesforce tracks, applications, integrations, and releases.
• Establish the program-level test strategy, governance, and testing processes.
• Drive system integration testing, regression testing, UAT, and release-readiness activities.
• Coordinate cross-track dependencies and communicate quality risks to stakeholders.
• Provide consolidated quality reporting and release-readiness recommendations.
