Job summary

Virtusa is seeking a senior Salesforce QA professional with extensive CRT experience to contribute from day one. You will translate requirements into thorough Test Plans and maintain 500+ automated test cases in TOSCA, while collaborating with onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce.com and hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud (or similar cloud platforms).
• Extensive hands-on experience with CRT, having written and maintained 500+ test cases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and technical requirements, mapping documents, and translate them into a comprehensive Test Plan.
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough coverage and alignment with requirements.
• Lead and participate in test case review meetings, execute test cases efficiently, document defects, and ensure timely defect resolution.
• Write and maintain 500+ automated test cases in TOSCA, demonstrating expertise in test automation.
• Analyze test results to validate existing functionality, working closely with development and BSA teams to resolve any defects.
• Create and maintain meaningful defect metrics to track progress and milestones.
• Communicate daily progress, issues, and risks to the QA Lead and project teams.
• Coordinate and work effectively in an onsite-offshore model.
• Contribute feedback to enhance QA processes, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure timely testing and release of system features that meet or exceed business partner expectations.
