Job summary

Realign Llc is seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer with banking experience to test Salesforce applications used by MSRs, contact centers, and branch staff. You will own test planning, design, and execution, including end-to-end integration across Salesforce, APIs, and downstream systems.

The role requires hands-on testing of Salesforce Service Cloud, flows, LWCs, and Apex logic; API validation, data reconciliation, and robust automation using Selenium/Playwright/Provar.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software QA with 3+ years in Salesforce testing in banking/credit-union environments.
• Experience validating Salesforce Service Cloud and member servicing workflows.
• Hands-on API testing including authentication, validation, and HTTP status handling.
• Strong SQL/SOQL data validation for Salesforce and downstream systems.
• Proficient in UI automation with Selenium, Playwright, Provar, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with Jira, Xray, Agile, and CI/CD regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Own test planning, scenario design, execution, and regression testing for Salesforce MSR workflows.
• Validate member workflows: search, identity verification, 360 views, accounts and requests.
• Test banking journeys: deposits, loans, cards, payments, transfers, including exceptions.
• Validate Salesforce Service Console: cases, routing, queues, entitlements, SLAs and knowledge.
• Maintain automated regression tests and support UAT with servicing teams.
