Tata Consultancy Services Limited in McLean, VA is seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer with strong banking/credit union experience. The role focuses on testing Salesforce applications used by MSRs, contact center agents, and branch staff.

You will own test planning, design, execution, and regression testing for Salesforce services, including Service Cloud configurations, LWC, Flows, and Apex. Experience with automation, API testing, and CI/CD is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software QA experience with 3+ years testing Salesforce in banking/credit union domains.
• Experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud and MSR/CSR workflows.
• Hands-on testing of LWCs, Flows, validation rules, and Apex logic.
• API testing with Postman; authentication, validation, and HTTP status handling.
• SOQL/SQL data validation; automated regression using Selenium, Playwright, or Provar.

Responsibilities

• Own test planning, scenario design, execution, defect management and release readiness for Salesforce member servicing applications.
• Validate member workflows: search, identity verification, 360 views, and service requests; ensure data integrity.
• Test Salesforce Service Console: case management, routing, queues, entitlements, SLAs, knowledge articles, guided workflows.
• Verify integrations across Salesforce, MuleSoft APIs, and core banking systems; analyze logs and API responses.
• Develop and maintain automated regression tests; support UAT and provide release risk assessments.
