Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer in Charlotte, NC to lead the automation of test scripts across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will focus on increasing test coverage, reducing manual regression, and ensuring smooth integration with external systems.

Key responsibilities include designing Selenium-based frameworks, automating critical Salesforce flows, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, with collaboration across agile teams and UAT support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce QA automation.
• Hands-on with Selenium and WebDriver in Salesforce environments.
• Experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust Selenium-based automation frameworks.
• Automate critical Salesforce business flows within Lightning UI.
• Validate REST/SOAP integrations and middleware tests.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins).
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate with developers for fixes.
• Participate in agile sprint planning and support UAT.
