Job summary

CommunityAmerica Federal Credit Union is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Lenexa, Kansas team. You will own QA for Salesforce platforms, craft tests, and drive automation initiatives across the release cycle.

You will collaborate with business and engineering partners, refine QA processes, and mentor junior engineers while leveraging tools like Selenium, Postman, Copado CI/CD, and Qmetry to ensure quality across the CRM ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7 years progressive experience in QA/automation.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Create tests and documentation to identify issues with Salesforce platform before/after releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and QA processes.
• Develop automated regression suites using Selenium, Playwright, and Copado CI/CD.
