iA is seeking a Senior Applications Administrator to own the health, performance, and evolution of our core business apps. You will lead Salesforce CRM and provide secondary support for Kantata SX PSA, translating business goals into scalable, compliant solutions that improve customer experience.
The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and AI-assisted methods, with responsibility for end-to-end development, vendor management, and SteerCo leadership to align roadmaps with business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
- 5+ years hands-on applications administration with enterprise platforms.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, optimization, and release management.
- Experience managing offshore consultants or third‑party delivery partners.
Responsibilities
- Optimize Salesforce CRM as primary platform; provide secondary support for Kantata SX PSA.
- Govern platform configuration, data models, automation, integrations, and change controls.
- Lead end‑to‑end development lifecycle with documentation and testing.
- Manage offshore partners, ensure delivery quality and knowledge transfer.
