Job summary

i4DM is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer to support mission-critical VA implementations, modernize enterprise systems, and enhance service delivery across call centers, case management, and business processes. You will work within Agile/DevSecOps to design, build, and secure scalable Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development on enterprise-scale implementations.
• Knowledge of OAuth, security, sharing models, and secure integration design.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and integrations with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development efforts with architects, product owners, admins, QA, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Design and implement Apex, LWC, Platform Events, integrations, and automation patterns for complex requirements.
• Lead REST/SOAP API design and enterprise integration across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Azure, and other systems.
• Provide technical leadership for Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and process automation implementations.
• Guide Data Cloud capabilities including ingestion, harmonization, and governance for trusted insights and AI use cases.
• Lead AI solution design for Agentforce, Einstein, and related tools within governance and security standards.
• Establish development standards, including bulk-safe Apex, testing, code quality, and deployment readiness.
• Oversee Agile/DevSecOps planning, estimation, and delivery sequencing.
