Job summary

Pierce Washington is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead enterprise CPQ projects in a fully remote role. You will partner with the Solution Architect, drive discovery, document requirements, and manage end-to-end delivery across Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, and ERP integrations.

The role demands strong Agile leadership, client-facing communication, and a track record of delivering complex, on-time projects in the High Tech or Manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce industry experience in a consulting capacity as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Enterprise Salesforce CPQ projects (6+ months) with data migrations and ERP integrations
• PMP certification is preferred
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications within first months
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or information systems

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans with the Solution Architect
• Lead or co-lead discovery workshops to document current and future state processes
• Document requirements as process flows and user stories
• Develop implementation estimates and plans across delivery lifecycle
• Design user story test scripts and participate in UAT
• Manage project scope, budget, and client relationships
• Ensure Agile SDLC standards and effective delivery
• Communicate risks and changes clearly to stakeholders
