Pierce Washington is seeking an experienced Deployment Manager to lead Salesforce CPQ and ARM deployment initiatives. You will drive end-to-end release planning across multiple environments, coordinating with architects, developers, QA, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth production transitions.

The role requires strong organizational skills, release governance, and SDLC/Agile expertise, with a focus on delivering high-quality deployments in a fast-paced consulting setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations, focusing on deployment or release management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and/or Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce environments, metadata, and deployment tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment strategy for Salesforce CPQ and/or ARM implementations.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute releases across multiple environments (dev, QA, UAT, production).
• Define and enforce deployment governance, processes, and best practices.
